JiggleGuard compared with employee monitoring suites

Several broad employee monitoring products now include mouse jiggler detection. JiggleGuard does one narrower job. This page sets out the difference by category, using what vendors say in their own documentation.

The difference, by category

Suite features vary by product, plan and configuration. The examples are taken from each vendor's own page about mouse jiggler detection, checked on 11 October 2026.

Which is the better fit?

A broad suite may suit organisations that have already decided they need wider productivity or activity monitoring and have assessed it as necessary and proportionate.

JiggleGuard is built for organisations whose question is narrower: is the input on this work computer being produced by a tool? Collecting less makes that easier to explain to staff and to justify under the ICO's least-intrusive-means principle, but it also means JiggleGuard tells you less. It doesn't measure productivity, and a flag isn't proof of misconduct.

Either way, the employer remains responsible for transparency, proportionality and a fair process. See what JiggleGuard collects and how it detects.
